Warranty & Return Policy for LED Power Supplies and Drivers

Thank you for your interest in our LED lighting power supplies and drivers. To ensure clarity and a smooth transaction, please review our warranty and return policy below:

1. Warranty Coverage

Our standard products come with a 3-year or 5-year warranty, depending on the specific model and specifications. The warranty period commences from the date of shipment. During this period, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the diverse specifications of LED drivers available in the market, we strongly recommend that you consult with our sales representatives to confirm the exact product specifications​ before placing a bulk order. Alternatively, we encourage you to order samples for testing and verification​ prior to mass production orders. This helps prevent compatibility issues and ensures the product meets your project requirements. Returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues may be subject to a restocking fee and must be pre-approved by our sales team.

3. Customized Products

For customized orders, once the specifications are confirmed and production has commenced, modifications to the order will not be accepted. If you require changes after production has started, we will assess the feasibility on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any additional costs incurred (including material and labor fees) will be borne by the customer.
